With bushfires followed by floods, and the world’s Covid-19 pandemic buttressed up against a climate emergency, so much rests on the wisdom of the actions taken by our elected representatives and by our communities.
Yet in the midst of such tumultuous times, and now with war in Ukraine, working with our own thoughts and emotions grows in importance, too.
Breathing in, breathing out, we seek to sit with the emotions and reactions we are feeling. Returning to a sense of anchorage and safety.
Here we restore and replenish ourselves, tending to ourselves. Before taking our peace and centredness with us back into the world.
