Sign o’ the Times

Locally there were a number of significant actions that emerged in 2020-21, as Eurobodalla community took stock in the aftermath of Black Summer, and as dangerously accelerating climate change was high capped for all to see.

A passion for local solutions, calls for genuine climate action, and support for protecting our communities and the Nature Coast’s rich biodiversity and forests, were writ large.

WOOEE archived this visual time capsule chronicling the first two years of action after Black Summer.

Here are the signs of our times.

Plenty of inspiration as we prepare for May 21’s Federal Election – a critical fork in the road as we face our most pressing existential issue – climate safety!

Restoration of our climate, environment and community are so vital at this time.

” I see art as a way for ordinary people to speak directly to each other in a way that’s much more powerful.

I make art because I find it’s an amazing way of involving alot of people in the process of telling our stories. It’s what we need to do to win changes. And it also nurtures innovation: thinking strategically , creatively so our movements can outwit those who want to maintain a deadly status quo.”
